We have the perfect job for you. We are an established Aveda concept salon in Markham looking for Hair Stylists/Colourists with 5+ Years of Experience to come partner with us. Pure Self Salon is an award-winning, industry leading salon with a healthy and growing clientele. We strive to provide our clients with a calming environment, free from stress, where they can enjoy their time with us and leave feeling pampered and looking their best. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to join a tight-knit friendly team where collaboration, cooperation, and support are key. The salon is open Monday - Saturday, closed on Sunday, to allow our stylists to strike a healthy work-life balance and have time to spend with their families. If required, we will provide training on Aveda products, as well as opportunity to participate in further education and enrichment programs through Aveda and beyond. QUALIFICATIONS Professional and approachable when recommending and advising guests on products and services Ability to identify a good, stylish fit to meet the guests’ hair styling and colouring needs Ability to analyze hair and scalp condition and provide consultation on products/hair services Maintaining a clean and sanitary working station before and after clients Ability to wash, cut, colour and style hair of various types and textures Positive attitude towards coworkers, clients and the salon in general Continuously work towards the growth and success of the business - if we prosper, you prosper!
